Shipment
We are currently unable to offer delivery to a post office. However, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL, in which you can use various functions to redirect the package.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service.
ContiStyles ships your order by using the following shipping companies:
- DHL*
- DHLExpress*
- Deutsche Post*
- DPD*
- GLS*
- UPS*
- TNT*
*ContiStyles doesn’t have any direct contract with the above-mentioned shipping companies. They are handled by our partner company.
The regular delivery time is 2-5 days. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your delivery within 5 working days. Please use our Contact Form.
All ContiStyles Premium members receive free shipping and 50% more points on the purchase of products.
Orders without membership over €39.99 are free of charge. For orders under 39.99 €, the shipping costs are 4.50€.
We offer express shipping for €9.90.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add data after the order has been placed.
Sometimes an order needs to be shipped in multiple packages. You will find information about this on the delivery note. If your order is incorrect, please contact our customer service by using the Contact Form.
Return
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Nouman Rasool-Einzelunternehmen, Ihlestraße 12D, 22119 Hamburg - return@contistyles.com ) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel your contract. You can use the cancellation form attached to the order confirmation, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Extinction of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires upon delivery of sealed goods in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as:
- underwear
- Swimming trunks
- Face masks
Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel your contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) have to be repaid immediately and at the latest within twenty-five days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the return, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of the contract to:

to return or hand over. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Our return policy is 14 Days. There is a returns form and a returns label in every package. If your order was delivered in more than two packages, you can return items from the same order in one package. Are you missing the returns form or the returns label? If the items are in their original packaging and new, they will be put back on sale through our various sales channels - if the goods are faulty/damaged, we will look after the items in accordance with the EU waste hierarchy to ensure that they have the longest possible service life.
You can return unworn items of clothing within 14 Days. Please use the return label and return form included in the package. If you are missing the returns form, you can fill out a new returns form here and print it out, contact our customer service via Contact Form.
Items can only be returned if :
- they are intact
- All original labels are on the goods
- There are no visible signs of wear
- There are no residues of makeup or perfume on the clothing
- they have not been washed yet
- Returns are only accepted for fragrances that are unopened, in their original condition and with packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

- Face masks
Tip:
If you would like to return multiple orders, please make sure that only items that are listed on the return slip are in one box. Otherwise, the assignment may take a little more time.
Depending on the payment method, the credit will be credited to the original payment method within twenty-five days of receiving and checking the return. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
When paying with a gift card (GiftCard), you will receive a refund to the gift card you paid with. If the payment is split, the refund will predominantly be made to the gift card. The remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method used.

If a defective or damaged item has been delivered, we will of course take it back. Use the enclosed return label and send the package back.

After checking the return, we will refund you the money using the same payment method as you paid for your order with us. If you purchase on an account via Klarna, you have the option of specifying the returns in your Klarna customer account if you have not yet paid. This means that the open claim is paused and the open amounts are offset after the return has been posted. You will then receive a new email from Klarna with all payments and any outstanding amounts in the event of a partial return.

After you have selected one or more items from our range and placed them in your shopping cart,
click on “ Checkout ”. Follow the individual steps to enter the delivery/billing addresses and payment methods.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add items to the items you have ordered. We therefore ask you to return incorrectly ordered items and reorder missing items.

You have the option of entering a voucher code in several places. We offer you the option of entering the voucher code, both in the shopping cart and in the payment process, taking the voucher conditions into account. The Enter voucher code field can always be found easily. After entering the code, click Apply to activate the code.

Payments
Klarna. Purchase on account
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Klarna. The invoice will be sent to you by email after your order has been completed. You transfer to Klarna.

Klarna. Instant bank transfer
Here you use Klarna's secure encryption to be able to pay directly via online transfer.

Credit card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, only possible with 3D Secure procedures.
With the 3D Secure process, customers also confirm electronic payments with a password, a TAN or a fingerprint. The invoice amount is authorized by your credit card company through your order. Your credit card will only be charged upon confirmation of shipping. In order to be able to use the 3D Secure process, this service must be activated for you by the card issuing bank. You can get information about this from your bank.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. In principle, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us (except for guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.
